Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring, customer-obsessed people, and we’re looking for an HR Advisor to join Quickline’s HR function, playing a key role in delivering a positive and effective employee experience.

This is a 1-year Fixed Term Contract.


Here’s why you’ll love this role…

  • Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across a range of people matters
  • Support and advise on Employee Relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance management
  • Manage and maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and documentation, invoices, data entry into the HRIS
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding new starters through to exit processes, including wellbeing and engagement initiatives
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for HR queries, escalating complex issues where appropriate

Here’s why you’ll be great in this role…

  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar HR generalist role
  • Proven experience supporting Employee Relations processes such as disciplinaries and grievances
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of UK employment law
  • CIPD Level 3 qualified or above (or working towards) would be beneficial
