Here’s why you’ll be great in this role…

- Proven experience in a c-suite HR role within a fast paced, high growth

- Ideally you will have experience in the Technology sector, within a large corporate/private equity backed environment

- Demonstrable experience in delivering successful talent strategies to drive organisation growth and development

- You must hold a CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience

- Strong generalist HR knowledge with deep expertise in organisational development

- Experience leading through growth, change and scaling challenges

- Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills
