Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we’re looking for a Project Coordinator, ideally with industry experience to join our growing PMO team.

- You will be supporting on all aspects of the projects, making applications, maintaining records, prioritising and working with various stakeholders and 3rd parties. 

- You will be working in accordance with Streetworks legislation, Openreach PIA processes, Electricity DNO requirements and project delivery timescales.  

- You will manage active defects, permits and notices to maintain compliance at all stages of the job, preventing Fixed Penalty Notices and overrun charges. 

- Review physical infrastructure access routes expiration dates on daily basis and take action accordingly i.e. cancel, renew, extend, submit build report, etc. 

- Liaise with 3rd party physical infrastructure access team to resolve any discrepancies in the record. 

Here’s why you’ll be great in this role…

- You will have an understanding of power supply processes including raising power quotes, scheduling and managing power installations

- Knowledge of Ethernet Access Direct (EAD) lifecycle and related processes (e.g., ducting, fibre installation, fit and-test procedures)

- Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and appointments simultaneously.

- Proven track record of managing project timelines and delivering results in a fast-paced
